Who will be in my home?
A crew of 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform and supervised by our management staff. We often will do quality control checks with a manager doing an inspection of the work done in your home. Back to Top

Are you insured and bonded?
It is very important that anyone working in your home be insured and bonded. We are insured with Pawtucket Mutual and a copy of our certificate is available on request. Back to Top

What time will you be cleaning my home?
Our hours are Monday thru Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and you will be scheduled during these times. You may request a clean before or after 12 noon. Back to Top

Do I need to be home?
It is not necessary to be home in fact most of our customers are not. We keep a copy of your key and code it and store it in our safe lock box. Apartment home residents can authorize entry by notifying the office at your property. Back to Top

How do I pay for my cleaning?
Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top each visit we make to your home or make arrangements with our office to be invoiced by the month. Alternatively, you can pay conveniently using your VISA or MasterCard charge card. Back to Top

How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
You will be entered into our computer with a specific cleaning schedule and we will call you the evening before your scheduled and we will call you the evening before your scheduled clean. You can at that time notify us of special attention needs. Back to Top
